1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Weekendly AI ("we", "us", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Weekendly AI is an AI-powered planner that generates weekend and day itineraries based on inputs you provide — such as location, group size, budget, time, and preferences — and lets you share plans with others to vote on. Generated plans are suggestions only, not bookings or reservations.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: providing false or misleading inputs, attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering or scraping the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Suggested itineraries must not be used for illegal, dangerous, or harmful activities.

5. AI-generated content

Itineraries are produced by an AI model from your inputs and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Venue details, prices, hours, and dietary/halal status are not guaranteed. Always verify critical details (such as opening hours, pricing, and dietary suitability) directly with the venue before relying on them. We are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

6. Plans, payments & lifetime access

We offer a free plan and paid plans. The Max plan is a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance until cancelled. The VIP plan is a one-time, lifetime purchase — you pay once and keep VIP access for as long as the Service continues to operate.

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Weekendly AI website/app — that is, VIP access lasts as long as the Service is up and running. It is not a lifetime guarantee for the individual user, and it does not transfer or refund if the Service is discontinued.

The VIP plan is limited to the first 1,000 purchasers. Once 1,000 VIP purchases have been made, VIP is no longer offered for purchase.

All payments are final and non-refundable. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time to stop future billing; cancellation does not refund the current billing period. See the Refund & Subscription Policy below for full details.

7. Third-party links and services

Plans may include links to third-party maps (such as Google Maps) and external venues. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or accuracy.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weekendly AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. All purchases are final

All payments made to Weekendly AI — including the one-time VIP lifetime purchase and recurring Max subscription fees — are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated reimbursements for partially used billing periods, unused plans, or change of mind.

2. Subscriptions

The Max plan is billed monthly in advance. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew if you have cancelled. The VIP plan is a one-time payment and does not renew.

3. Lifetime access (VIP)

The VIP plan's "lifetime" access refers to the lifetime of the Weekendly AI Service — it lasts as long as the Service continues to operate, not the lifetime of the individual user. VIP is limited to the first 1,000 purchasers; once that limit is reached, VIP is no longer available to purchase.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. You keep access to your paid features until the period ends.

5. Price changes

We may change subscription pricing. Any price change applies to future billing periods after you are notified; you can cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new charge. One-time VIP purchases are not affected by future price changes once completed.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a valid, non-refundable purchase may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.
